Shipping Policy

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

**Starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time of up to 4 business days.

Insured packages have faster resolving time if the package gets lost during shipment. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Sometimes orders can arrive earlier that the expected delivery time.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

The Tracking System allows you to track your order from the moment when it is shipped till the moment when it arrives at the destination. 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active as soon as the product is shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.missexotic.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
*Refunds: We do not offer refunds on products that are on discount only if they are damaged. 

We are liable for the post delivery until it arrives the destination country. Every order has its tracking number and the customer can contact the local shipping company with the tracking number as a reference. 

*Products on Discount are not eligible for refunds.
